I've scrolled through all the fashion to hop on here and hard recommend Jessica Valant (sp?) on You Tube. Pilates, weights, cardio - if you can cope with the odd ad interruption as you work through a video it's a treasure trove. Loads of 10-20 minute videos on different body areas and exercise types. I REALLY love her style - she encourages and informs. Invariably I think I'll do a couple of 10 minute sessions and 40 minutes later I've exceeded my target and done so at my own pace. I have chronic sciatica and it's been a godsend. Go well with your recovery. Right, back to the fashion! x
