The Sunday List
Featuring an incredible bustier top, beautiful tie front padded top and an amazing grey wool bomber jacket you'll wear all through winter.
What an incredible few weeks it’s been for me. So many lovely events and two literary festivals to promote my book. It feels surreal and so amazing. I am writing this intro on the train coming back from Cheltenham festival where I was chatting to Patrick Grant (from Great British Sewing Bee fame) and Anna Murphy (fashion director of The Times). We were talking about sustainability and how we all need to do our bit, whether that’s creating a wardrobe full of pieces that last and that we wear again and again. Or going a step further and only buying from sustainable brands. It was a nuanced and interesting conversation and I met so many lovely people and signed lots of books.
I’m in need of a bit of a holiday to be honest. Even though it’s been amazing and highly enjoyable, it has been a lot and utterly exhausting too. I reckon I need a cheeky weekend away!
For this weeks Sunday list, I’ve found 3 really cool pieces that will add to that forever wardrobe whatever your style.
#1
This bustier top is absolutely stunning. Totally timeless but with a contemporary edge it’s made from 100% wool and is double faced and perfectly sculptural. Wear with anything from jeans to pencil skirts to wide leg trousers, this is a piece that you won’t regret buying.
